Human rights management

Respect for Human Rights	We respect all members and strive to prevent any acts that constitute human rights violations.
Prohibition of Child Labor	We do not employ children or adolescents under the age of 15.
Non-discrimination	There is no discrimination in employment on the grounds of gender, nationality, religion, etc., and there is no discrimination in wages or promotions for the same reasons.
Workplace Safety and Environment	We continue to make efforts to create a healthy working environment and prevent safety accidents by complying with international standards, related laws, and internal regulations regarding the working environment.
Prohibition of Forced Labor	We do not force members to work against their free will through mental or physical restraint, and we do not require the transfer of government-issued ID cards, passports, or work permits as a condition of employment.
Young Worker Employment	Persons under the age of 18 are hired in compliance with labor-related laws and regulations, and are not permitted to work in dangerous or hazardous work.
Wages	The wages of members are set to exceed the minimum level set by labor relations laws and regulations in each country or region.
Freedom of Association	Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining are guaranteed in accordance with the labor laws of each country or region, and no disadvantageous treatment is given due to membership, activity, or formation of a labor union.
