Encouragement Fund Support Program for Additional Employment of Youth in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.
Purpose
To alleviate the shortage of personnel in SMEs and create job opportunities for young people by supporting SMEs engaged in promising industries to hire three young people as regular employees, with full support for the wages of one employee.
Agreement Period
December 2017 to November 2020 (36 months)
Support Contents
Support for three years with a maximum limit of KRW 20 million per year for each additional young worker hired, up to one employee for every three additional young workers.
