Study on Utilization of Electric Load in Urban Railway Station to Provide Flexible Demand Response: Case Study in Actual Urban Railway Station
유연수요반응을 제공할 수 있는 역사 내 부하 활용 방안 연구: 도시철도 역사 사례 분석
This paper examines the potential for utilizing flexible demand response resources as a means to mitigate the volatility and uncertainty of power loads within urban subway stations. It conducts a study analyzing the capacity and duration of such resources that can be utilized. To achieve this, the characteristics of flexible demand response resources are described and the potential resources within power loads of urban subway stations are classified. This classification is based on interviews with stakeholders in urban subway operations. The paper analyzes the proportion of flexible loads among the total power loads, and uses load patterns to analyze the capacity and duration of flexible demand response resources, expressed in minutes. Based on these findings, the paper proposes approaches for analyzing power loads within urban subway stations that can be utilized as flexible demand response resources.
